At PIER 39 Marine we call the Total Marina Package "KIS". Remember the old adage "Keep It Simple" well that's what Annette has done. The program is customer driven. Know a customers name or boat name or just the city they live in and you can find them. All the information for that customer is in one easy to access place, even if they have multiple boats. We have been using Total Marina Package since June 2010 and have found it easy to learn. Our accounting manager, appreciates the simplisity of the reports and the ability to export the financials to excel. Annette Kord, has developed a good product and (as expected) holds herself to high standards of service. I do recommend the Total Marina Package and would be happy to "show it off" to any marina team who are interested.
